Can you answer this question in less than 30 seconds?

Why should I join your network marketing business?

What are you going to say?  Can you give me a 30 second rundown right now?  Send it my way and let's see how well you have been prepared!

Now, please do not feel alone, I run across so many networkers who have a difficult time telling me "why I joined 'xyz' company.  Can you tell me why you are with your current business, upline and company?  If you can, send it my way and I will help you develop a blistering 30 second message that will have prospects stop in their tracks after listening to it.

Here is a question I bet you have thought about often!

How do I get my downline to sponsor network marketers?: commonly known as downline duplication.

OK, I'm sure you think about this all the time. In my coaching sessions we spend about 95% of the time working on "Downline duplication".  Don't feel bad, just realize that you never thought about downline duplication before you joined your present company.

Without a solid plan of action, you will never succeed in this business.  Downline duplication MUST be on the front burner in order for you to succeed.  If you cannot show consistent duplication, then your downline will never duplicate. Remember, they can only duplicate success and if you don't have success, then you better learn "HOW TO DUPLICATE".

Once again I remind you, it's not your fault that duplication is not happening, it's your upline who never presented a solid action plan for you to duplicate.

Just yesterday I spoke to a bright 30 year old who has DIAMOND written all over him.  He was frustrated with the fact that he has sponsored over 20 people and only a couple of members have sponsored one person.  His organization is sitting around 25 members but it's stagnant.

Several factors come into play here, one of which is.....Baby Sitting

Baby Sitting is a term I use for those downline members who you spend a great deal of time with trying to motivate them to duplicate your sponsoring efforts.  From miserable experience I have learned "you can only lead a horse to water, you can't make them drink it".

Baby Sitting these people drains your positive energy and keeps you away from the most important aspect in Network Marketing--sponsoring new members.  What I learned is this:

Do not baby sit.  Instead place all your members in a "update email list" and send them monthly or bi-weekly updates on your business growth, success or other downline members success. These downline members will appreciate your keeping them "up to date" and like the fact that you are not bugging them 24-7.  Eventually something in one of the update reports will trigger their emotions and get them off the butts.

While you continue to sponsor new members and work with those downline members who want to sponsor and build their network marketing businesses, the "others" will simply sit in your update list, causing you ZERO headaches.  Trust me, nothing will bring you down quicker than trying to figure out HOW TO MOTIVATE SOMEONE into ACTION.

Don't fall in this trap.  If you have, NOW WE'VE given you ammunition to solve this problem, right?

It all Starts with 1000 Free Leads Every Month:

Yesterday (June 16, 2005) we received our free leads because we had 10 referrals for this Marketing Power Monthly Newsletter.  Each month we receive 1000 premium recycled leads and each month we sponsor 2 or 3 new members into our primary business from these free leads.

We only use 4 email messages in Global Group Send.

Each email advertising letter contains the link to our lead capture page and a PS at the bottom inviting them to subscribe to our Marketing Power Newsletter.  After they read the message they can click on the link that takes them to our network marketing website.

They Only Have 2 Choices-We Filter Out As Many As Possible

Once they land on our lead capture page they either ask for more information or they leave the site.  We only speak to network marketing prospects who raised their hand and asked for more information.  In fact a lot of times they join our business before we even have the chance to exchange emails or dial their number to introduce ourselves.

Our Website Will Close the Prospects for Us

We do not sell anything and neither should you.  We offer a network marketing prospect a system that has proven itself for a long time. As you can see, it worked within 56 minutes for us. This same system will work for just about any network marketing company out there. Our website is not different from any other network marketing website.  

It will present our business for us.  It creates a calm atmosphere where a network marketing prospect can review our information without any pressure.  To be honest with you, we answer more questions from Network Marketers than from Network Marketing Prospects.

It's a Simple Process that Network Marketing Prospects Follow
